    Requirements

    Key Skills:
    • Broad overall IT knowledge (traditional technologies, digital trends, IT Security)
    • Business processes digitisation knowledge/experience
    • IT Project Management
    • IT Service Delivery experience
    • Budget Management experience
    • Fluent English
    • Communication Skills
    • Sense of ownership and Self Drive
    Experience/Education Required:
    • University Degree
    • Experience in IT Support
    • PRINCE2PMI (Foundation) Certification or Agile Methods Certification as a plus
    • Experience in IT Business Partnering (BusinessCustomer Relationship Management) – as a plus
    • ITIL Foundation as a plus

    Responsibilities

    Key Accountabilities:
    (Please describe the responsibilities and end results that would be expected.)
    The main purpose of the IT Analyst is to support the IT Manager in delivery of responsibilities.

    BUSINESS PARTNERING
    • Engage with the business teams within his/her area of responsibility to align overall IT plan with business strategy and maximize IT contribution to the bottom-line and top-line goals of the organization.

    INNOVATION ACTIVATION
    • Undertake activation activities for Global IT Innovation & Service Line activation programs
    • Undertake the relevant project execution activities to support Local Growth Programs working with Service Lines in the delivery of these projects for various Geographical scopes (USCE, CEE)
    • Contribute to local systems life-cycleoptimization strategy

    DIGITAL ASSETS MONITORING
    • Make sure all digital assets comply with the legal regulations and Unilever D2 standards
    • Support Digital Service Improvement
    • Support BB in activation of new digital assets

    IT COORDINATION
    • Consolidate Geo IT USCE plans & delivery reporting for Service Delivery, PMO, BudgetSavings
    • Support ITSOIPN agenda
    • Implement and Lead Risk Management
    • Implement & Maintain consistent IT communication with users
    • Coordinate IT4IT training initiative
