    Requirements:
    English and German/French Proficiency
    Very good coordination / organization ability for the independent timely control of sales processes
    Very good coordination ability to ensure with external partners, such as customers, freight forwarders, banks, etc.
    Very strong communication skills with internal / external partners, especially for resolving difficult situations
    Good user knowledge in MS Office software

    Responsabilitati

    Processing and answering customer inquiries, coordination, communication, documentation;
    Order and contract review as well as providing input
    Coordinate and support the export control with regard to legal requirements in the context of levy control, end-use declarations
    Internal order entering and order monitoring from release to dispatch, including reconciliation with production, ISC (warehouse, stock management), shipping and dispatch scheduling and data changes
    Agree with C2C on customer credit ratings, credit limits, and assistance in overdue receivables
    Information to customers, field staff and agents about the status of the order processing
    Correspondence with banks, authorities, consulates, etc. regarding export processing
