Willing to travel to Jimbolia;

- University degree- Technical studies/ strong technical knowledge;
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Purchasing, a background in multinational companies is a plus and a production environment background is an advantage;
- Advanced English knowledge;
- Advanced computer skills (Microsoft package), very good Excel and data basis, previous experience with SAP is a plus;
- Project leading/ management experience;
- Excellent negotiation skills and strong communication skills, as well as analytical thinking and attention to details;
- Team player, results oriented and proactive;
- Responsible, self-confident, hard working and client-oriented, with a special interest for the products and processes on the shop floor that drive the profit;
- Driving license is mandatory;

- Managing the relationship with suppliers;
- Maintaining a close relationship with internal departments for orders’ specifications and purchasing issues;
- Negotiating commercial contracts with potential suppliers; administrating the suppliers’ database;
- General administration of purchasing activities;
- Development and implementation of Purchasing procedures and rules;
- Continuous improvement of purchasing activities;
- Getting involved in the Production Area in order to offer assistance in fulfilling purchasing needs;

-Process and Follow up Purchase orders and approval process in SAP System
- Analyzing the local market in order to identify potential Romanian suppliers for the group;
- Collaborating with the group’s purchasing leader on specific projects; drawing reports for the HQ;

- Support Indirect Purchasing targets (savings, supplier count, payment terms etc) and ensure proper communication and execution in plants including ongoing projects

- Support accounts payable with Invoice reconciliation, solving the blocked invoices etc
