    Job Description:

    The Senior Customer Service Representative is responsible for acting as a key contact to deliver consistent, high quality, complete world class customer service in support of our customers' needs.
    Excellent communication is required as well as a broadly thinking team player. He/she will be able to work efficiently in a high pressure environment and remain calm in any circumstances. The position requires a solid understanding of business needs.

    Requirements:

    German- advanced and English- advanced
    At least 1-3 years customer service experience
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent by experience
    Experience in international order processing/logistics is an advantage

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities:

    Processing and answering customer inquiries, coordination, communication, documentation
    Order and contract review as well as providing input
    Coordinate and support the export control with regard to legal requirements in the context of levy control, end-use declarations
    Internal order entering and order monitoring from release to dispatch, including reconciliation with production, ISC (warehouse, stock management), shipping and dispatch scheduling and data changes
    Shipping of product specifications and MSDS
    Agree with C2C on customer credit ratings, credit limits, and assistance in overdue receivables
    Information to customers, field staff and agents about the status of the order processing
    Billing monitoring and invoicing
    Complaint processing
    Sample Shipping
    Correspondence with banks, authorities, consulates, etc. regarding export processing
    Providing data required for commercial decisions (such as VAT, duty, incoterms)
