- Windows Client Administrator
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Outlook
- Skype for Business,
- OneDrive for Business
- Basic IT affinity for Hardware and Peripherals
- Communication skills
- German skills are an advantage
- Availability to travel and work up to 6 months in Germany, Frankfurt area.

- Operating acting at User (Remote Desktop / Desk Support / VIP Support)
- Hardware Edition/hardware exchange/hardware repair
- Hardware installation and software refueling (SCCM / Empirum)
- Patch Management (WSUS)
- Asset management
- Incident and change processing in ITSM tool (ServiceNow)
- Reliable documentation
- Improvement and development of processes, changes, and releases
