You have a B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or related field and at least 5 years of related experience.

You're Great At....

Writing medium to large Single Page Apps and scaling client-side applications
At least one MVC framework: React, Angular, Vue, Ember, Meteor, etc.
Fundamental programming algorithms and data structures
Practical test driven development
Coaching, leading, and nurturing the development of junior developers 

Bonus Points... 

Strong grasp of the most recent JavaScript standard revisions such as ES6, ES2016, ES2017, etc.
Proficient in React
You like CSS, but you love LESS, SASS, Stylus, etc.
Experience with a CSS layout engine such as Flex or Grid
Experience with JavaScript bundlers such as Webpack or Rollup
Experience with other frontend programming languages such as Elm, PureScript, Dart, TypeScript, ClojureScript, etc.
Involvement in the open source community
A love of social media
