    Requirements

    Since the company has an overall growth strategy and Systematic Development Center Romania is also developing at a fast pace, there is a huge need for local presence to ensure compliance to Systematic processes in developing software (projects and products). Therefore, the position must cover most of the overall BPI responsibilities:

    - Conducting internal audits (must have experience)
    - Knowledge about ISmust have experience) Knowledge about CMMI (nice to have)
    - Preparing and facilitating external audits (ISO) (must have experience)
    - Conducting evaluations before software releases (nice to have experience)
    - Implementing process in projects (must have experience)
    - Facilitating tailoring of existing processes (must have experience)
    - Maintaining the current process library through minor modifications (nice to have experience)
    - Possible project management of internal projects (nice to have experience)
    - Gathering measurement and KPI data and making reports/analysis based on the data (Nice to have experience)
    - MS office package
    - Nice to have knowledge about BI or compliance tools
    - Knowledge about CMMI level 5, AQAP 2110NS, AQAP 2210 will be relevant.
    - Knowledge about ISO 9001:2015 is highly relevant

    The right person must:
    - Have a high degree of self-management
    - Be outgoing and ready to be involved in many types of tasks and projects at the same time
    - Have a high focus on structure and compliance
    - Project management methodology:

    The project management methodology follows our own internal processes. No requirements about PMI or other standards, but experience within project management will be an advantage.

    Responsibilities

    The business objective for BPI is to provide and maintain processes and actively support the use of these processes in projects in the Group. The processes should enable them to work efficiently, deliver the right quality on time, with the required speed in both decision-making and decision implementation. BPI shall generate best possible business value with respect for the requirements in CMMI, ISO 9001 and AQAP standards. BPI facilitates and documents the relevant processes in co-operation with the relevant stakeholders. In addition, BPI also educate new employees in use of the processes as well as facilitates the projects in implementing the processes.

    A part of BPI is also the Internal Audit – ensuring compliance to various international standards like CMMI, ISO and AQAP through the well-developed Audit process. Furthermore we facilitate and participate in: TRE: Test Readiness Evaluation, TCE: Test Completion Evaluation, WPE: Work Product Evaluation in the projects delivering software.

    BPI is a well-established department operating in Systematic for over 20 years.

    Business trips:

    At the beginning of the employment period, please expect to travel to Aarhus for approximately 2 weeks. The stay in Denmark is required in order to attend a course in processes and tools and to be acquainted with the team. Ooccasional travel to Aarhus to co-operate with the Danish colleagues (2-3 times per year) is also expected.
