    Job Function

    An experienced Technical Project Manager is required within our Camusat Romanian branch team to lead multiple infrastructure projects, relating to the strategic development and transformation of Camusat and to support our quick business lines expansion and our constant growth in projects and clients.

    Key Skills and Abilities
    - BS/MS degree, preferable in telecom electronic field;
    - 3+ years of relevant Technical Project Manager experience preferable in Telecom / infrastructure industry;
    - Microsoft Office Suite;
    - Project management / organization skills, process design, workflow design, requirements gathering, documentation, and general flexibility&adaptability to changing client needs;
    - Existing PMP certification is a strong plus;
    - Performance oriented attitude proved through - proactivity, self-motivation, openness, responsibility, detail oriented, analytical and critical thinking;
    - Excellent technical skills, suited to understanding and leading technical colleagues through the development and deployment of new products;
    - Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring a shared vision with tact and diplomacy across a wide range of abilities, personalities and experience, both technical and operational.
    - Ability to delegate tasks and ensure high standards with timely success;
    - Planning and organization - able to think ahead in order to establish an efficient and appropriate course of action for self and others. Prioritizes and plans activities taking into account all the relevant issues and factors such as deadlines and resources;
    - An ability to multitask and maintain disparate work streams, ensuring interactions and dependencies are managed and key business stakeholders are aware of expected outcome;
    - Flexibility - adapts and works effectively with a variety of situations, individuals or groups;
    - Willing and able to support a culture of continuous improvement;
    - Ability to travel, maintaining high levels of work and good relationships on a number of sites;
    - Good level of communication in English, French will be a plus;

    Responsabilitati

    Responsabilities

    - Define the project scope, initiate, plan, monitor and close the projects for moving technical and/or infrastructure solutions to final client hand-off;
    - Ensure all the project needed resources–budget, cash-flow, time, information, employees / providers, etc.;
    - Proactively manage changes in Project Scope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plan;
    - Coordinates the activities within the project;
    - Responsible for monitoring and regular reports of project progress against key performance indicators targeted at continuous improvement in project delivery;
    - Solve project problems and take effective decisions;
    - Technical Project Manager will also have responsibility for ensuring systems are handed over successfully and deployed to agreed standards and criteria;
    - Own the communication and execution of solution hand-over to client services, service delivery, technology and other team members at designated milestones;
    - Establish good collaboration relations with clients and key stakeholders;
    - Review and recommend changes to technology stakeholders;
    - Propose new projects based on business opportunities and cases;
    - Provide leadership and the driving force for project teams, drawing on skills from central Technology and other key business areas;
    - Responsible for the application of best practice in project management techniques and methodology, within the framework of the existing process;
    - Responsible for delivering the overall required business benefit, through a combination of technical change and people/process change;
    - Responsible for robust risk management policies to reduce the likelihood of failure;
    - Build strong and effective teams able to meet the demands of the project in hand;
    - Responsible for the management of the project budgets including the monthly reporting of actual and forecast;
