Requirements:
• Excellent English language skills both verbal and written, business writing,
• Project Management methodologies knowledge is an advantage,
• Strong attention to detail,
• Very good organizational skills and time management,
• Skilled with MS Office applications, predominantly Excel & Outlook,
• some knowledge of MS SharePoint,
• Self-motivated, flexible, dynamic, team player.
Responsibilities:
• Programme reporting and BAU Monthly Reports,
• Programme and Project management - Service Variation Management,
• Maintain the On Boarding process (Starters and Leavers process),
• Maintain RAID processes and Quality Management,
• Implementation of the agreed standard and processes managed by PMO function,
• Working closely with the project managers and delivery management to ensure SLA compliance,
• Provision of management information, meeting arrangements, room bookings,
• Tasks SLA compliance,
• Account Financial management and reporting,
• Development of a close working relationship with the client, especially with the Projects & Leadership team,
• Maintaining a close collaborative relationship with the Account Project Management community
• Train the new joiners.
Work shifts pattern: Monday – Friday, 9:00 – 19:00, 8h shifts.
