    Requirements: 
    • Bachelor/Master Degree in Social Sciences (Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology or similar);
    • Graduation by Summer 2018;
    • Less than 2 years of work experience upon graduation of a Bachelors or Masters degree;
    • Location mobility across country and willingness to travel internationally;
    • Fluent in English (Spoken & Written); 
    • Strong analytical skills; as well as a solid business acumen;
    • Experience working and interpreting metrics;
    • Passion for people and their development;
    • Self-motivated/Proactive approach;
    • Ability to work under pressure;
    • The ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and influence others;
    • Be a real team player who actively collaborates with others.

    Responsibilities: 
    Human resources (HR) is all about equipping our business with the right people and the right skills to help our customers and patients do more, feel better and live longer.     This three year rotational programme will aim to accelerate your early career development through diverse experiences that will put you on the path for a future HR leadership role. You will experience challenging job rotations, which will be complemented by formal learning and coaching.

    What do I need to succeed?
    In order to be successful on the programme, we will expect you to manage projects and prioritise a variety of tasks effectively. This means you will need to build working relationships with people at all levels of our organisation. In addition, you will analyse information and report your findings, so we can identify and understand trends, insights and facts. We will also look to you to help research and source this information. Not least, we want you to keep developing new skills and knowledge wherever you find the opportunity.
