Currently we are looking for: Department Assistant
The role:
As a Department Assistant you will:
- Manage day-to-day administrative agenda in Romanian and English
- Administrate clients information and correspondence
- Provide support regarding departament's documents
- Manage logistic of business trips, meetings and trainings
- Handle internal and external phone calls.
