Senior Supply Data Analyst

As our Senior Supply Data Analyst supporting our European markets, you’ll be Supply Planning Master Data guru.  This means that you’ll lead correct data set-up and change processing, as well as investigating resolutions to more complex data related issues.

You’ll be owning that data process in its full lifecycle and supporting this across the supply chain function.  Not only that but you’ll be creating and updating the supply data elements in our planning systems – so you’re an expert in SAP and other relevant tools. YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Required:

University Degree or equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance or related field;
Significant experience working in a data driven process or service centre environment, with time pressure and priorities to be balanced;
Significant expertise in data management;
High proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. SAP/ APO / BW), Microsoft Office and master data management tools.

Bonus Points:

• Full proficiency in a second European language;
• Experience working for a multinational organization and working with colleagues internationally;
• Processed and packaged foods industry experience.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• End to end supply knowledge – You’ll enhance understanding of the Kellogg supply network within a SAP/SNP environment through strong collaboration with our plants, our co-manufacturers, distribution center and transportation lanes. Additionally, you'll ensure production plants have accurate visibility of demand and that our great product meets customer requirements on time.  
• Strong capable collaboration – You’re not satisfied with success: you want more.  That’s why you'll lead collaboration with other data teams like Product Data Governance and Pricing to ensure all data fields are complete and correct to allow customer orders to be shipped.
• A key problem solver – Complex master data issues can be a challenge, right?  Not with you around, as you’re focused on continuous improvement to adapt to business needs.  Regular audit reviews will improve efficiency around you, as you take a new angle on how things need to be done.
• Live the K-Values – To care for the business and your colleagues, you’ll encourage a workforce aligned to our K-Values. After all, you feel like you want to be part of something bigger, right?
