Senior Supply Planning Manager

We are creating a new Supply Planning Team in our Bucharest office!

As our Senior Supply Planning Manager supporting the European markets, you’ll lead and develop the performance of the supply planning team in Bucharest.  You’ll be a partner to our Cereal and Snacks business, so you’ll love our brands and food as well.

As a leader of the team, you’ll assign the resources needed to ensure supply and demand activities continually enable the agreed plans for the business.  It’s about Playing to Win.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Required:

• Master’s Degree or equivalent, preferably in a quantitative field (Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field);
• Significant managerial experience, functional service/project experience, or outsourcing management experience;
• Expertise in Demand or Supply Planning process including best practices, technologies, processes, procedures and tools;
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office;
• Experience in shared service, process driven or service center in multinational companies.

Bonus Points:

• Experience working for a multinational organization and working with colleagues internationally;
• Processed and packaged foods industry experience;
• Full proficiency in a second European language;
• Experience in utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodology.
