Supply Data Analyst

We are creating a new Supply Planning Team in our Bucharest office!

As our Supply Data Analyst supporting our European markets, you’ll be an expert in our Supply Planning Master Data, enabling correct set-up and change processing.

You’ll enable that data process in its full lifecycle and support this across the supply chain function.  In addition, you'll update the supply data elements in our planning systems – so you're great at SAP and other relevant tools. Let’s create something that people can connect with together.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Required:

• University Degree or equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance or related field;
• Experience working in a data driven process or service centre environment, with time pressure and priorities to be balanced;
• Expertise in data management;
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. SAP/ APO / BW), Microsoft Office and master data management tools.

Bonus Points:

• Full proficiency in a second European language;
• Experience working for a multinational organization and working with colleagues internationally;
• Processed and packaged foods industry experience.

• End to end supply knowledge – You’ll learn the Kellogg supply network by interacting with our plants, co-manufacturers, distribution centers and transportation lanes to ensure we have accurate visibility of demand and that our great product meets customer requirements on time.  Let’s not forget that we are establishing trust with real people; our customers.
• Cross collaboration – You’re not satisfied with success: you want more.  That’s why you collaborate with other data teams like Product Data Governance and Pricing to ensure all data fields are complete and correct to allow customer orders to be shipped.
• Problem solver – Master data issues can be a challenge, right?  Not with your team around, as you’re all focused on continuous improvement to adapt to business needs.  Regular audit reviews will improve efficiency around you, as you take a new angle on how things need to be done.
• Live the K-Values – To care for the business and your colleagues, you’ll encourage a workforce aligned to our K-Values. After all, you feel like you want to be part of something bigger, right?
