- Over 2 years of experience in Support
- Advanced English skills
- Technical profile, bachelor degree
- Has a technical background in Administration of SOA and middleware - WebLogic, Websphere, Tomcat or similar
- Basic Experience with Java application deployment, configuration and debugging
- Proven experience in Linux/Unix administration and bash scripting
- Experience with web service mechanism
- Basic knowledge of DB and querying is a must
- Can manage customer-facing responsibilities
- Team player, good communicator, analytical thinking, a problem-solving orientation, capable to work under pressure
- ITIL background or certification is a plus
- Basic knowledge of DB and querying is a plus
- CCNA Routing and Switching certification is a plus
- Experience in AIX administration is a plus
- Handle tickets in a timely manner according to the agreed SLA
- Perform in-depth analysis of incidents using all the necessary tools (logs, database, middleware configuration, Known-errors list)
- Document any information relevant to the daily activities
- Provide technical expertise and different solutions to the client
- Provide technical expertise to other colleagues from a different team
- On-call activities at every 5-6 weeks (out of hours support whenever issues occur on the environment)
