Production Planning Central Engineer

University degree in Technical field
 Experience in relevant production processes
 Knowledge of Production processes and equipment in harness manufacturing is a benefit
 Fluent English language skills required (writing and speech)
 Ability to work in a team as a good team player
 Strong planning /organizing skills
 Excellent analytical skills required
 Willingness for international business trips to our LEONI plants, customers and suppliers
 Ability to coach and teach others
 Motivated, flexible, proactive and result oriented
 Knowledge of Microsoft office tools

Collaborates with Central Functions, Business Units (BU) and plants with regard to Production Planning activities
 Supports the BU for all Production Planning relevant demands and/or activities
 Collaborates in Requests for Quotation and/or Projects as the core team member industrialization and/or production planning
 Issues the production concept according to the standards
 Defines the necessary production equipment and coordinates and monitors its installation
 Coordinates the integration of new process technologies in the production concept
 Plans and monitors the installation of the production process in the plants
 Plans implementation of production process standards
