HR Assistant

What are we looking for?

Ideal candidate:

• Is a graduate in HR or related area;
• Is a natural problem solver and knows how to communicate and listen;
• Has the ability to work independently;
• Never misses a detail, is are solutions oriented and can happily cope with both routine & innovative tasks;
• Masters Excel; Word; Outlook;
• Has sound knowledge of payroll and labour law legislation;
• Has strong English language skills;
• Has good sense of humor.

What about your role?

• Collect all documents required for the individual file.
• Keep up to date the personnel files according to the legal provisions and internal requirements.
• Filling in and updating the HRIS database with all relevant info related to staff movements (in, out, promotions, etc.).
• Assisting new joiners/leavers with relevant paper work and procedures.
• Preparation and confirmation of various requested documents for employees.
• Dealing with the Safety and Security aspects (SSM and PSI).
