Corporate & Internal Communication Specialist

• 3+ years of corporate communications, public relations or journalism experience with proven track record of success;
• 4 year Bachelor’s Degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or advertising;
• Experience with crisis PR;
• Strong corporate communications and public relations writing style;
• Must communicate effectively and persuasively with all levels; demonstrated networking and influencing skills;
• Ability to handle multiple projects and demonstrated creativity, flexibility and proactive approach to work;
• Proficient MS Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
• Fluent in English;

Corporate Communication:
o Cooperates with the PR agency in developing and implementing Corporate annual plans;
o Prepares management speeches for external audiences and provides support and guidance to management in media-facing situations;
o Serves as the single contact point for media inquiries;
o Develops brand employer strategy;
o Cooperates with PR for internal product launches;

Internal Communication:
o Partners with HR on Internal communication;
o Organizes regular employee events to keep employees engaged with the brand and cause-related marketing activities;
o Cooperates with HR on the office maintenance and branding;

Project Participation:
o Participates in strategy related projects or activities ensuring everything is managed on-time, on-budget;
o Facilitates cooperation with other relevant departments (Digital, Campaign planning, Sales Support, Training, Sales);
o Supporting new business communication projects;
