    Purpose of the job

    To perform HR Administration activities in compliance with legal requirements and internal HR procedures

     

    Responsibilities

    HR administration

    • Prepares all relevant documents (employment contracts, addendums, termination of contract decisions, etc.) for the SSC associates, on time, accurately and correctly and registers them with the labor authorities, if applicable
    • Makes sure that all documents from personal employment files are filed, organized and updated; manages the HR documents archive
    • Responsible for updating and registering the electronic register with ITM (Revisal)
    • Is a key user of Workday; introduces new associates in Workday, performs on going updates of the soft with regards to leaves, promotions or other data changes
    • Clinic: Prepares the files for each associate, makes sure that the medical files for each associate are filed and updated, schedules the annual check ups; manages maternity related issues (relation with the clinic and the labor authorities, applicable documentation); maintains the relation with the clinic; escalates the feedback of associates and looks for solutions together with the clinic representatives
    • Updates and sends monthly the list of associates who access various benefits
    • Stays up to date with the legal provisions regarding HR and acts as an advisor on specific employee relations matters
    • Delivers specific HR reports
    • Provides input for designing and implementing HR policies and procedures
    • Keeps the confidentiality of all data and displays a high level of integrity in daily work
    • Follows internal policies and procedures in daily work
    • Makes visits to the state authorities (e.g. AJOFM, ITM, etc.) to register applicable documents, as per the law

    Payroll Support

    • Prepares certificates (medical, bank, other types, as requested) and delivers them in a timely and correct manner
    • Collects the information from timesheets and prepares the list for the meal tickets order; makes sure that meal tickets are distributed to associates in a timely manner;
    • Makes sure that all documents payroll related are sent to the payroll provider and internal Finance Department in time and pay slips are distributed to associates in a timely manner

    HR Team Member

    • Gets involved in various HR projects, on areas such as communications, brand awareness, associate engagement, recruitment
    • Acts as key user for the internal application Kayako; solves queries within applicable SLAs, escalates issues and ensures follow-up

     

    Requirements

    • University degree
    • 2-4 years general experience/One year HR experience
    • Good knowledge of labor legislation
    • Systems and tools: MS Office; Workday – preferred; Revisal - preferred
    • Very good organizing skills and attention to details
    • English – fluent
    • Well organised and able to work under stress; Flexible; Discrete and reliable
