Your qualifications:
So, what does it take to succeed in this role? We are looking for a Tech fan, flexible and fearless. You should also have:
- Passion about hardware and doing magic with configuration, installation and troubleshooting;
- Info’s about networking, knowing about cabling, routers and switches;
- Software: Windows operation systems, diagnosis and benchmark software, firewall, antiviruses and communication security;
- University degree, preferable IT related or specific IT courses/trainings;
- Good level of English;
- Team player, with abilities to prioritise the entire activity;
- And last but not least available for work trips;
Stuff we’ll trust you with:
Your Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support point of sale and back office systems
- Support new store openings, functionality enhancements and upgrades
- Configure and maintain computers, POS peripherals, handheld terminals and networking equipment in retail stores
- Installing the equipment and software, as needed & provide 1st line tech support to customers’ requests &issues
- Refer customer issues to upper level support when necessary
- On site diagnose, repair and upgrade hardware or software as necessary
- Keep up-to-date on all Service Desk processes and troubleshooting procedures
- Makes analyses, proposals and acts when it’s about software and hardware equipment;
- Ensures applications license, purchase IT equipment, software or supplies;
