Credit & Collection Analyst with English

Description:

• Manages the assigned outstanding accounts
• Able to deal with most routine risk assessment decisions (identity validation, credit limit review) for the assigned customers
• Analyses and manages the situation of the assigned accounts (new and existing) within the established deadlines and contacts the customers for information/documents needed for collecting payments or releasing orders
• Identifies and prevents fraud attempts
• Notifies customers with overdue debt and attempts to secure payment using telephone, fax, email, letters
• Records information about financial status of customer and status of collection efforts
• Receives calls from customers who have inquiries related to their ledger account balances or payments
• Establishes and monitors credit limits
• Processes orders on hold by assessing associated risk and liaising with customers
• Records information about financial status of customer and the status of assessment process

 
Requirements:

• Very good language skills both written and spoken in English
• Educational background in accounting/economic is an asset
• Experience in activities that implies relation with customers/call center/front office activities is welcome
• SAP knowledge is a plus
• Very good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Candidates will need to have a positive attitude
• Professional approach to work
• Capacity to work under pressure
• Good organizing skills
• Good practical knowledge of MS Office tools
