    Description:

    • Receives incoming cash either by cheques or bank transfers, and processes cash onto the system
    • Liaises with other teams within in respect of cash/query allocations
    • Performs first contact with customer via email
    • Works to strict deadlines
    • Monitors daily unallocated items

    Requirements:

    • Attention to details
    • Problem solving & analytical skills
    • Ability to work under pressure, multi tasking, time management
    • Good level of English
    • French language skills would be a plus
