    - Studii superioare finalizate in domeniul marketing, sociologie sau economie;
    - Experienta de minim 3-5 ani in market research;
    - Utilizare softuri statistice: SPSS – nivel avansat;
    - Operare PC (MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, Browser Internet);
    - Limba engleza – nivel avansat;
    - Cunostinte tehnice: IT&C – nivel mediu;
    - Gandire analitica si atentie la detalii;
    - Abilitati de comunicare;
    - Capacitate organizatorica si de planificare;
    - Preocupat de atingerea rezultatelor si pastrarea termenelor;
    - Atitudine pozitiva, integritate, team-player.

    Responsabilitati

    Responsabilitati

    - Intelegerea nevoilor de business in vederea propunerii abordarilor de studiu prin comunicarea cu clientii interni;
    - Coordonarea studiilor de research externe (ad-hoc si continue) prin agentiile de research: realizarea briefului; centralizarea si negocierea propunerilor si recomandarea abordarii de urmat; project management; monitorizarea proiectului (timing, costuri, livrabile) si comunicare cu agentia; verificarea si intelegerea livrabilelor; implicarea clientilor interni in proiect; organizarea / sustinerea de prezentari interne pe marginea rezultatelor;
    - Executia studiilor de research interne: realizarea chestionarului; realizarea/monitorizarea culegerii datelor; prelucrarea si analiza datelor; raportare; project management; implicarea clientilor interni in proiect; organizarea / sustinerea de prezentari interne pe marginea rezultatelor;
    - Studierea date macro-economice si datelor generale despre comportamentului populatiei din Romania in general;
    - Realizarea de prezentari si analize pe baza datelor din studii, datelor interne si datelor secundare (desk-research) in scopul generarii de insight-uri de consumator.
