    Requirements

    At least 1 year experience in working in a similar role
    Must be fluent in German & English, both written and spoken; other language are beneficial
    Proven experience in Account Management or related area represents an advantage
    Previous experience in working in Service Now is beneficial
    Basic technical understanding (ex. Router, LAN, WAN)
    Experience in working in an international environment
    Advanced PC knowledge (MS Office package)
    Bachelor’s degree, preferable in Economical or Computer Science field
    Availability for travel maximum 25% of time

    Responsibilities

    Interface between Allianz Technology & OE (Customer)
    Manage special projects as assigned, to meet customer and cross-functional team needs
    Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions, according to customer needs and objectives
    Working with Accounts Receivables and Billing procedures
    SAP data checking and approval
    Develop strong relationships with customers (Allianz Technology OEs)
    Resolving technical issues through connecting cross-functional teams
    Ensuring customer issues are clearly identified and resolved effectively
    Prepare recurrent and ad hoc reports and analyses
    Organize or participate in operational workshops
