Injection Molding Process Engineer

Minimum 2 years experience in the Injection Molding area;
Technical approach and good knowledge in the Quality field.

Defining or modifying the injection molding process (process or FMEA flow);
Writing specifications for the equipment, according to the norms of the Group, the technical guides and the legal and statutory requirements;
Actively participating in the Continuous Improvement actions in production, in the Injection Molding area: productivity of the process, fault reduction;
Organizing tests, analyzing results and improving the process according to the Technical Group Responsible;
Training the staff in handling the equipment and participating in trainings about the product;
Monitoring the transfer steps for the new products, and managing some of the transfers, at request.
