Skills and Qualifications :
• Prior experience in a complex multi-national and multi-cultural environment ;
• University Educated and Full/Part qualified accountant would be advantageous
• Audit background is advantageous
• Strong computer literacy – ability to use Microsoft suite of packages and operating systems
• Oracle experience - advantage
• 3+ years Financial accounting and reporting experience within industry (preferably software or IT)
• Prior experience in a complex multi-national and multi-cultural environment ;
• Strong organizational skills, excellent time management skills able to priorities own workload.
• Ability to work effectively alone , but also in a team
• Strong communication skills, oral and written. Proven ability to build remote relationships and influence confidently with a wide range of stakeholders
• Fluency in English.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• Monthly submission of Central Services Scorecard including variance analysis to Budget/Forecast
• Liaise with several departments to provide global delivery deck and global premium services pack, including:
• Global Services analysis on T&M write-offs (man-days, expenses, labor)
• Loss making projects calculation
• Look back analysis for on-going and live projects
• Provide support to the Corporate Services Controllers in analysing the revenues and costs for CSV Scorecard (P/L Statement)
• Assist FPA annually with budget process
• Work with the Business to reset Services List prices and Cost rates when applicable (typically during the Budgeting cycle)
• Services standard cost rates calculation
• Attend monthly delivery reviews – calls to discuss P&L performance with the Regional Services Teams
• External group audit liaison on services related scope
• Ensuring compliance to all group policies and maintain records to enable audit
• Ensure process documentation is updated
• Assist in month-end & year-end closing related work
• Any Other Ad Hoc analysis/reports as per Business or Finance Teams requirement
