    * Responsible for managing the end to end recruitment cycle for different target groups;
    * Supports and advises the hiring managers to accomplish all the recruitment assignments and other HR topics;
    * Maintain and update on a regular basis the candidates database;
    * Offers support and represents the company in recruiting and employer branding events;
    * Creates specific recruitment KPIs reports on a regular basis;
    * Keeps up to date with industry and labor market relevant news and trends;
    * Provide support in various local or central HR projects.


    * University degree in Economics, Social Sciences or related area;
    * At least 3 years' experience in a similar role;
    * Previous work experience in manufacturing environment is a plus;
    * Good knowledge of local labor market;
    * Thorough understanding of recruitment processes and systems;
    * Social media knowledge;
    * Positive and proactive attitude;
    * Analytical and problem solving skills;
    * Proficient in Microsoft Office;
    * Advanced English language skills.
