Abilitati de operare suita MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
Abilitati de negociere, comunicare si relationare;
Studiile superioare finalizate sau in curs de finalizare reprezinta un avantaj;
Experienta anterioara in servicii clienti reprezinta un avantaj;
Cunostinte de limba engleza la nivel intermediar reprezinta un avantaj.
Gestionarea solicitarilor primite de la consumatori, conform procedurilor de comunicare externa;
Redirectionarea solicitarilor catre persoanele responsabile de solutionarea lor;
Transmiterea informatiilor solicitate catre fiecare consumator in parte;
Realizarea de studii telefonice, conform solicitarilor supervizorului;
Intocmirea rapoartelor specifice de activitate.
