Before our products go into mass production, they must be tested and validated to ensure the functionality requested by the customer and by internal standards. As a Test Manager for Instrumentation & Driver HMI department you will be responsible for the planning, coordination and monitoring of the Software and System Verification and Validation Tests. Your will be responsible to manage the following test levels: * Software System Test * Product Validation Software Test * Product Validation System Test * Vehicle Test Main responsibilities: * Write the Test Plan * Define the test goal and strategy according to risks, budget and time * Define the test organization, estimate and request resources for the test activities * Define and acquire the test environment for the different test levels * Plan and track the test schedule, effort and costs * Communicate to other project roles * Lead the test team * Provide relevant metrics A mentor will support you to stepwise take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.

Knowledge, skills and abilities: * University Degree in an relevant Engineering field (e.g. Faculty of Automation and Computer Science Engineering, Faculty of Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering, Faculty of Electrical Engineering); * Good knowledge of the product components (focus on software and electrical engineering); * Knowledge of development processes; * Embedded development experience; * Excellent knowledge of test process, test methods, techniques and tools. ISTQB certification is a plus; * Good estimation skills * Capability to analyze technical problems * Experience in Test Automation techniques is a plus; * Experience in Hardware-In-the-Loop (HIL) techniques is a plus.
