* Taking lead of Scrum team * Requirements Management: process feature requests, negotiate content according to product architecture and conflicting requirements * Stakeholder interaction * Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders * Ensuring that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks * Plan and Prioritize product feature backlog and sprint tasks * Maintain product release plans and clarify expectations for every PSP. * Active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful completion of the Release / Sprint Goals * Research and analyze the internal market and the users; adapt roadmap of product * Interact with all needed disciplines : System Engineering, HW Developers, SW Developers, System Test Engineers * Usage of defined tools for management and development ( Jira, Git, Confluence, ) * Maintenance of Project Documentation structure * Management of test plans and validation documentation

* Engineering degree * Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills * Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills * Creative thinking * Attention to details * Good People and coaching skills * Knowledge of Agile processes and principles * Openness to Multicultural environments * Availability to travel into worldwide supported locations : Europe, Asia, America * Experience in managing software development projects * Experience in .NET development ( is an advantage ) * Experience as PO ( is an advantage ) * Experience using Jira / Confluence
