• Education: University degree
• Experience: at least 1 year professional experience in similar activities
• English language (advanced level)
• MS Office (advanced level); SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Initiative, convincing & influencing, flexibility, planning and customer orientation skills

• Ensuring the orders’ processing from the assigned customers, the correspondence regarding the promotional activities and managing the complaints
• Managing the delivery notes and orders (SAP)
• Invoicing & stock availability management
• Checking the goods receiving to ensure that the products and the deliveries comply with the order specifications
• Preparing/updating customer service reports
