EDUCATION & JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Recruitment Experience min 1 year

What do we require?

Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
Expertise in candidate sourcing, including internet and social media
Experience in organizing recruitment events.
Previous experience in hiring for the German market.
Business standard English.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

The role is to source, recruit for Germany and DACH regions.
Manage end-to-end recruiting processes, activities to include advertisement in job portals, screening the CV, scheduling interview with the hiring managers, negotiation for offers of employment, background checks, and reference checks.
Should have a good understanding on the sourcing channels, e.g. job boards, LinkedIn, social media
Maintain a pipeline of resources to help identify a qualified and diverse applicant pool.
Provide timely updates to hiring manager with information regarding recruitment status.
Previous experience in sourcing for the DACH region will be an added advantage.
Should be ready to travel to Germany and DACH regions to conduct interviews and meet key stakeholders.
