    Cerinte

    Knowledge and experience required
    • University degree in the area of Economics or Finance
    • Professional experience in the banking sector – minimum 3 years
    • Very good knowledge of English – both written and spoken
    • Have proven work experience in operations management mainly in the financial sector/payments
    • Ability to analyze and evaluate processes and functions


    Skills and abilities:
    • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
    • Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
    • Familiarity with business and financial principles and practices
    • Demonstrable problem solvency skills
    • Direct, train and motivate staff to their fullest potential
    • Adaptability and flexibility especially in a rapidly changing environment

    Responsabilitati

    • Organize, coordinate, control and manage all the employees in the Division within the area of their activities – Loan administration - both disbursemenent and repayment and all the rest in the range of activities performed by the Department, Cards – issuance, servicing and overall administration, Centralized administration – both in terms of merchant and office support, as well as in the area of overall property, archive and administrative functions
    • Ensure the daily loan administration and cards operations runs are released in line with the applicable internal policies and procedures
    • Ensure the risk management of products, services and operations related to the Departments activities within the Division
    • Provide proposals and initiatives for optimization of the overall process of the activities performed by the subordinated Departments
    • Monitor and report the forthcoming legislative amendment in the respective areas – both local and EU
    • Initiate and participate in creation, modification and applying of methodology, rules and procedures, instructions related to products/services/processes applicable to the subordinated Departments’ activities
    • Identify and report risk factors to continually improve our control framework
