Key Functional Requirements

- Mechanical Technician background
- Detailed knowledge of automotive prototypes domain
- Good English language skills
- Team player
- Travel (domestic / international)

Key Responsibilities

- Build up of prototype products
- Ensure the quality of the products
- Collaborate with Design and Testing teams for build up prototype
- Ensure people and equipment security
- Select the suitable manufacturing process
- Tight collaboration with interdisciplinary project teams
- Cooperate for creating tools and testing devices
- Control and measurement of certain characteristics according to the control range
- Create manufacturing reports for prototype build up
- Warning the team if the parts are not conform or in the case of unreadable defects on the parts
- Supply the manufacturing areas with materials
- Maintain cleanliness in work areas
- Compliance with procedures and technical documents
- Ensure level 1 maintenance for machines and equipment
- Involve in training sessions for new employees
- Offer help for equipment installation
