    Requirements

    What we expect from you:
     Very good computer skills and database knowledge
     Highly proficient in written and spoken English
     Very good communication and interpersonal skills

     Experience Min. 1 year of working experience on the same position

    Responsibilities

    Your responsibilities and everyday challenges:
     Receive and register correspondence in entry register; handover of mail to relevant department
     Correspondence dispatch at the request of internal departments, including shipments record in the online system provided by the courier
     Taking the company's phone calls and directing callers to the responsible person
     Creation of purchase requisitions for administrative activities of the company headquarters: current repairs, cleaning, administrative and other FC department needs
