Your responsibilities and everyday challenges:
Receive and register correspondence in entry register; handover of mail to relevant department
Correspondence dispatch at the request of internal departments, including shipments record in the online system provided by the courier
Taking the company's phone calls and directing callers to the responsible person
Creation of purchase requisitions for administrative activities of the company headquarters: current repairs, cleaning, administrative and other FC department needs
