So you feel you are at the beginning of your career and you need all the support you can get from your employer? You are welcome in the Talentspotting team. Our sales internship is created so you get trained in HR sales, have the opportunity to join our team at the end of the period and also get paid in the process.
What we need from you:
A little bit of experience or exposure to sales. Ideally, you would have had sales experience in an NGO.
Interest in HR and technology. We are the largest Romanian IT&C recruitment consultancy and we also develop HR technology that helps companies improve their recruitment.
Perseverance and client orientation. These are two ingredients that will help you make it in sales.
Learning agility. Figuring out what to do when you are in a new situation.
Stage 1. 2 months of training, product learning & sales support
We believe in training on the job so the first two months are dedicated to learning about HR, recruitment, our product - Talentspotting (talentspotting.com) - and the sales process. You will also have sales support responsibilities such as: research and lead generation, drafting materials and getting involved in as many aspects of Talentspotting as you like (marketing, product, customer success).
Stage 2. 3 months sales shadowing.
You will start participating in meetings, shadowing a senior sales consultant. You will keep the previous responsibilities but will be more independent in how you approach your tasks. If you are happy with the role, at the end of this period you will also be invited to join the Talentspotting team :) and be one of our most successful sales consultants.
