    Cerinte

    •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field;
    •A minimum of three years direct experience in a Learning & Development role within a corporate environment;
    •Experience using e-learning software platform;
    •Experience with training event planning/logistics required;
    •Self-starter with the ability to promote/maintain a positive attitude;
    •Ability to effectively prioritize workload and handle pressure, interruptions and multiple projects;
    •Very good verbal, written and listening skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization;
    •Reliable team player, able to work to tight time lines;
    •Proficient with Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
    •Very good English knowledge.

    Responsabilitati

    •Delivering an appropriate corporate learning activities across the business, including e-learning, managing contracts with external training providers, providing in-house training;
    •Selecting and assign instructors or vendors to conduct training;
    •Monitoring and evaluating training programs to ensure they are current and effective;
    •Reviewing training materials from a variety of vendors and choosing appropriate materials;
    •Working with the Learning and Development Manager on the design and implementation of specific development activities;
    •Supporting an effective performance management process across the business by coordinating projects and systems relating to Performance Management and Career Development;
    •Providing advice on relevant Learning & Development policies and practice;
    •Where necessary, conducting efficient learning needs analysis and provide practical Learning & Development solutions.
