    Requirements

    • Licence (BAC+3);
    • 1 an d’experience dans un back-office ou dans un poste administratif serait un plus ;
    • Français et Anglais niveau B2;
    • MS Office; bonne connaissance d’Excel;
    • Attention aux details / Rigueur;
    • Bien organisé(e);
    • Orientation client;
    • Bonnes capacités relationnelles.

    Responsibilities

    Assurer et piloter le support technique et opérationnel des Cartes d’Entreprise (cartes achats et cartes travel).
    Garantir la marche courante des opérations des Cartes d’Entreprise

    Activités principales:

    • Prendre en charge les demandes de cartes de déplacements et d’achats (valider les prè-requis);
    • Suivre les demandes et réaliser les relances;
    • Effectuer à la demande les changements de plafond et relancer les superviseurs;
    • Communiquer avec les parties prenantes au processus (superviseur, référent CITI, équipe frais professionnels …);
    • Réaliser toutes les opérations de gestion des cartes;
    • Analyser les cas litigieux : bloquer et débloquer les cartes en cas de problème;
    • Communiquer avec les salariés, assurer un support opérationnel : téléphone, mail (comptes fonction).
