    Personal requirements:
    Very good organization and communication skills, ability to prioritize tasks
    Proactive work habits, responsibility, taking real ownership (handle tasks from end to end)

    Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

    Skills and experiences requirements:
    At least 2 years of practice as an assistant, preferably in an environment of international company
    University degree
    Fluency in English (spoken and written) - communication on daily bases with foreign high level management
    Fluent in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    Ethical behavior

    Responsibilities

    Set up meetings, customer visits, conference calls (domestic, international)
    Reservation of meeting rooms, technical equipment and catering service
    Travel Arrangements and Expense reports
    Time Management
    Collect input and summaries from team members
    Request and tracking of data sheets
    Editing and preparation of presentations
