For our client, a leading manufacturer of interior and exterior dry construction materials, we are looking for a passionate about innovation Technical Product Manager.

Requirements:
Required experience in product management for technical products, design (structural design engineering, structural facade design engineering), fabrication or installing of steel elements for constructions;
Preferably experience in working in international environment with partners in multiple locations;
Advance skills of English are mandatory;
Nice to have but not mandatory: French, German, Polish;
Good Autocad and Office package skills;
Structural design would be a plus but not mandatory;
Diploma in Structural Civil Engineering;
Diploma in Marketing would be a plus but not mandatory.

Identifying the opportunities to develop a range of products and systems, developing new products and systems;
Understanding the current requirements of the construction materials market for the given product range and turning them into value proposition;
Transforming clients’ feedback into well-defined product specifications, as a result of market studies, making visits to clients/ installers/ architects, meetings with sales and project team, industrial team and purchase department;
Preparing the technical specifications for each product in the range;
Ensuring the “Value proposition” and “Unique Selling Proposition” are reflected in each item;
Ensuring that all products and systems in the range are certified and have technical and commercial documentation, complete promotional materials and updates;
Keeping up-to-date the database associated to the products including PIM/DAM;
Managing and developing assets for products and systems: CAD database, installation movies, literature, packaging, labelling, pictures, job site case studies, promotional materials, samples, certifications, etc;
Promoting inside organization the allocated product range: organizing product training (internally) and preparing course material (externally);
Obtaining local approvals for validation of the technical specifications and parameters of the products and systems in accordance with EN and local norms;
Offering technical and marketing support for sales and project team.
