• Good organizing skills;
• Analytical thinking;
• Attention to detail;
• Availability for occasional business trips to France and also in Romania;
• Work experience of at least 2 years in one of the following fields: customer service, order management, acquisitions, sales, transport, logistics;
• Knowledge of Italian and English at B2 level and a beginner level of French language;
• Microsoft Office suite skills (especially Excel);
• SAP skills is an advantage.

• Contacting merchandise suppliers from Italy to assure that the stocks of products are arriving at the logistics platform from France;
• Organize the transports of products from the suppliers in Europe(Italy) to the logistics platforms from France and follow up the orders;
• Negotiating shipping charges to identify the best delivery solutions;
• Establishing via telephone or email the date and time of deliveries to the destination points;
• Notify the Purchasings and Marketing Service about any blocked orders;
• Communicate the transport information at the request of the Marketing service;
