Legal Adviser for Companies Transactions

Must:

- Romanian Law Degree;
- Experience of minimum 5 years in companies financing;
- Good knowledge of English language speaking and writing;
- Good negotiation skills and logic;

Will be an advantage:

- Experience in court in litigations related to loan recovery, opposition to foreclosure, insolvency / bankruptcy;
- Experience in customized financing transactions with companies;
- Experience in shaping banking products;
- Experience in transactions involving elements of foreign law;

- Provides the legal structure and flow for the complex financing operations performed by the bank with companies;
- Ensure the validity of the transaction and collaterals the reimbursement of the financing and the priority of the bank over the securities;
- Provide legal opinions related to the documents and representatives provided by the involved parties in order to ensure the validity of the undertakings;
- Provide legal opinions related to the collaterals;
- Drafts / verifies the contracts related to the financing transactions with the companies;
- Drafts / verifies standard products and internal procedures of the bank involving companies;
- Identifies the categories of legal risk, implications and ways to mitigate / remove them;
- Mediate and represent the bank in front of state authorities, notaries, law firms and other persons / entities on the basic and within the limits of empowerment given;
- Manifest constantly an attitude and professional behavior towards the internal and external clients of the bank, responding promptly and appropriately to their needs and demands;
