    Requirements

    Proficiency in English and French
    Basic Accounting Knowledge is a plus
    Studies / Bachelor in Economics is a plus.

    Responsibilities

    Depending on the role that we shall identify together as being the most suitable for you, you will be performing activities as follows:

    • Manage invoicing related processes: preparation, issue, control, submission, release etc. while keeping in touch with end customer, getting approvals, sending updates
    • Process incoming payments / Track and log unpaid balances & identify reasons for delayed collections / Verify & resolve discrepancies / Generate reports / Make reconciliations / Perform financial transactions
    • Receive / register / manage inquires / offer solutions & Create or modify customers’ / vendors’ records
    • Provide support to end users, which comprises troubleshooting problems, resolving financial issues and responding to general inquiries.
