you are eager to learn more about recruitment and HR processes
you are highly organized and structured

keep track of the job posting
screen incoming résumés
schedule the interviews and ensure the necessary logistics
keep in contact with the candidates and offer them feedback
update the candidatesʹ data base
actively source for talent using social media
shadowing the HR team in their activities
help solve different HR related queries
