    Requirements

    In order of importance, indicate the primary responsibilities critical to the performance of the role. It is recommended not to list actual tasks but focus on 5-8 essential responsibilities that highlight accountability and level of judgment required.
    Drive day-to-day operational support for the Country Manager's key interactions, meetings, presentations, etc.
    Ensure consistency in over-arching country key processes and systems related to PIH & PEH BUs, where needed
    Support/coordinate Country LT and executive-level commitments of the Country Manager’s office
    Help address and coordinate resolution of requests from various Pfizer internal and external stakeholders
    Interface with and engage key stakeholders (. Enabling or Platform Functions, other PIH line leaders, other Divisional leaders located in Romania) to manage and coordinate operational and planning needs on behalf of the Country Manager
    Manage and oversee end-to-end planning of Country-LT meetings
    • Plan and define meeting agendas
    • Coordinate pre-read and presentation materials
    • Plan and coordinate attendance of non-LT participants (internal or external guests, consultants, etc)
    • Issue and track meeting agreements/action items
    Support planning, management and coordination of key complex meetings of the Country Manager (. Town Hall Meetings, PIH Leaders Forum, Year Beginning/End Meeting, Site visits, Conferences, etc.)
    Plan trips for Country Manager and other members to attend business reviews (Quarterly, Cycle Meetings)
    Coordinates the Operating Plan process in partnership with Finance
    Coordinate the communication process across the organization or inside the Internal Medicine BU and write the Country Manager’s materials for external meetings and other stakeholders interactions when Country Manager is attending
    Partner with Corporate Affairs - Worldwide Communications group and media agency to support planning and management of communications needs of the Country Manager
    • All-colleague simulcasts/town halls, site road show events, small group events, press releases, media coverage, etc.
    Support Country Manager vision and goals through development and effective implementation of operational plans and priorities
    From time to time, participate in / lead selected cross-country planning efforts
    Help navigate broader Pfizer organization to quickly connect colleagues to appropriate individuals or resources, as needed
    Identify, raise/share, and implement best practices
    Develop partnerships with key colleagues in other functional areas ensuring ongoing alignment of goals and strategies and increased efficiency

    Responsibilities

    • 5+ years of experience in Business Line/Operational experience and Business acumen in Biopharmaceutical Industry is a plus
    • Proven ability in managing day-to-day Planning and Operational activities
    • Experienced in communicating and interacting (verbally and in writing) with internal and external Senior Executive stakeholders
    • Robust understanding of policies industry and specific legislation
    • High energy level, sense of urgency, creativity, decisiveness; Ability to work hard and well under pressure
    • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
    • Strong analytical skills to assess information, draw conclusions and recommend improvements
    • Demonstrated ability to lead/influence people and teams without formal direct authority
    • Commitment to leadership, diversity and talent development
    • Bachelor's degree required/Master preferred
