Job role

As part of the Business Administration Support Department you will provide support to the Allianz Technology and customer OE.

Requirements

o Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
o At least 5 years of project management experience
o Must be fluent in English both written and spoken
o Adequate knowledge in Project Management principles and tools
o Effective communication, presentation and networking skills are essential
o Very Good Organizational Skills and Presentations skills
o Strategic Skills – Global Thinker, Analytical thinking and Problem solving

Responsibilities

o Collect, understand and integrate IT infrastructure requirements of Allianz OEs (sizing, existing legacy systems, interfaces to be served)
o Plan, prepare, conduct and manage infrastructure related IT workshops
o Track all project activities and deliverables within Allianz Technology and customer OE
o Project Management tasks (milestone planning, project planning, resource planning)
o Coordinate alignment(s) between the different stakeholders(Allianz Technology, Accounting)
o Design of integration into the existing IT landscape
o Design and align Bills of Material
o Experience in VMWare, RedHat Linux, high-end and mid-tier storage technologies
