Job requirements are:

University graduate in Public Relations, Journalism or Letters (is an advantage);
Experience in a similar position is a must (Internal Communication/Advertising agency and/or Journalism)
Marketing experience is a plus;
Good grasp of MS office package & fluent English speaker;
Communicative, flexible, open-minded, self starter, empathetic, diplomatic, creative;
Good presentation skills.

What will your role be?

Implementing the executive communications that support Mega Image strategy, values and culture;
Delivering the communications strategy in support of all local initiatives;
Implementing internal employer branding strategy and internal communication processes;
Executing internal communications materials;
Participating in the elaboration of internal magazine and closed circuit TV production;
Initiating and organizing internal events for our employees;
Collaborating with partners and service suppliers (advertising agencies, event organizers);
Enhancing employees’ engagement and brand attachment, as well as the sense of pride to be part of “the coolest retail brand” in Romania.
