Your superpowers should include:
Advanced Italian level (minimum B2)
Medium (B1 / B2) level in English
Ability to work full time / part time, Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 18:00
Basic computer and internet navigation skills
Good communication skills with a strong customer focus
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Interest in blockchain and cryptocurrencies is a big plus

Resolve client requirements quickly and accurately
Confirm client understanding of the solution and provide additional support
Clarify client requirements and confirm understanding of the problem
Effectively transfer misdirected client requests to an appropriate party
Be an awesome team member
