    Cerinte

    -University graduate
    -Written and spoken fluency in business English and Spanish
    -1+ yr of exp
    -Excellent MS Excel
    - Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented
    approach to problem solving

    Responsabilitati

    • Prepare Daily, weekly Operations report on Metrics such as Call Volumes, Occupancy etc and other operational metrics
    • Analyse reports and check for any deviance, errors etc
